We obviously have a couple of tips at Newmarket and Doncaster today but our two best bets are below. We are advising win singles on them together with a win double.
5:00 Curragh - DISCOVERIES (7/4) - WIN - This filly has a wonderful pedigree and is a full sister to ALPHA CENTURI who won the Irish 1000 Guineas for these connections. She made her debut in a Leopardstown in a maiden won by JUNCTURE who is a very smart horse and we believe that the form is rock solid. She showed signs of greeness that day and was given time to find her stride and grow into the contest. She was expected to need that outing and providing there isn't a very talented newcomer lurking in the lineup, this should effectively be a home run hit for DISCOVERIES.
8:45 Chester - QAASID (9/4) - WIN - This gelding has been crying out for a step up in trip and he finally gets it today for a yard that won this race last year, with a similar type. He looks to have absolutely everything in his favour and the early market support is obviously a positive. Providing he handles the track (we think he will), then it is very difficult to see anything beating him this evening.
